The editor's view
A question about moving through an ordinary day is more concrete than simply being told to stay active.
This English-language session gives those questions an appointment within FV's prenatal programme.
FV's English prenatal session on 9 September 2026, 14:00–17:00, focuses on staying active and comfortable, with a midwife and physiotherapist listed. The programme describes participants from week 32. Discuss individual needs when registering rather than treating the class title as a personal exercise recommendation.

Start with your own everyday routines
Before the class, note an everyday activity you want to ask about or a participation adjustment you may need. The timetable names a midwife and physiotherapist. Explaining your circumstances can help frame a discussion, but a group session is not an individual therapy appointment for every participant. Ask about a separate follow-up when that is needed.
Choose a language for comfortable discussion
This is English-language session three. Someone wanting Vietnamese teaching should choose the separate Vietnamese timetable; the page's reading language does not change the class language. The programme describes participation from week 32. If your own care team has given restrictions, discuss joining with them rather than deciding suitability from the topic alone.
Give the afternoon some space
The three hours on 9 September are one class, not a continuous run between different dates. Consider keeping the rest of the afternoon light. Call (028) 3511 3535 about availability, the F Building library destination and package conditions. The published price belongs to five sessions; ask separately about single-session attendance, breaks and companions.
A plan that is enough
Reopen the official source for “FV: staying active and comfortable, English class on 9 September” on the day of the visit; check timing, venue and entry terms.
Do not confuse this with Vietnamese session 3.
Wear comfortable clothing as requested by the hospital.
Ask about participation, breaks and companions when registering.
