At Quang Ninh's OCOP fair, the interesting question is not only what to buy, but where it comes from and why someone makes it that way.

Give a large fair one question
With about 200 booths announced, it is easy to walk a long way without remembering a particular product. Try comparing two similar items instead: their origins, ingredients and storage instructions. Finding a place name on a package gives children a concrete starting point. Adults can then ask who makes the product and how it reaches the stall.
Tasting is not a competition
If a seller offers a sample, ask about ingredients before accepting it. The OCOP identity helps frame a local-product conversation, but does not decide whether a food suits each family member. There is no need to buy the first appealing item. Noting its name and seller, then returning after a comparison, can make the purchase more considered.
The final day has its own limits
The food space along Tran Quoc Nghien and its connecting road ended before the OCOP fair. For a 6 September visit, confirm closing time and whether a particular seller remains open, and plan a meal independently. If buying chilled goods, discuss transport before purchasing rather than making storage an afterthought on the journey home.

Choose the relevant product zones in advance; peak crowd time is not ideal for comparing products with young children.
Ask about ingredients, standards, warranty and the full cost before buying or sampling.
