Choose the campus and consultation type
When calling 1900 6922, specify 929 La Thanh rather than only the hospital name, since the system also has Cam Hoi and Ha Dong locations. Ask for the BHYT or requested-service route, specialty and reception building. The fee schedule separates ordinary charges, BHYT rates and requested services; one consultation price does not automatically include every subsequent test or procedure.
Birth records are separate from booking
The hospital's information directory places birth-record preparation from week 36 of pregnancy. Ask which appointment handles this process and bring your antenatal booklet and existing results for review rather than independently repeating all tests. Follow a different timing plan if your treating team has arranged one. When registering for birth, also ask how the birth notification and discharge documents will be issued.
Insurance desk and prescriptions
Outpatient direct billing is directed to Building B's first floor, with inpatient arrangements through Building A. A deposit may still be required while the insurer considers the request. The published process excludes post-consultation and discharge prescriptions from direct billing, so ask about medicine payments and reimbursement documents.
