Four days, different vantage points

The plan places flying activities at Giai Phong Square on 12 November, Hien Luong–Ben Hai on 13 November and Ho Chi Minh Square in Dong Hoi on 14–15 November. The Citadel opening is a separate item. Choose the place you want to understand before choosing a date; following every location is not necessary for a meaningful outing.

A story before looking skyward

For children, tell one short story about the chosen setting and ask why a peace-oriented activity might belong there. Understanding every historical detail is not required to notice the contrast between remembrance and colour in the sky. Watching from a designated public area is a purpose in itself, not a lesser version of getting into a basket.

Make a plan that can change

Dates and activities remain proposed, and balloon operation depends on conditions. Check the notice for the actual day and site before travelling. Prepare children for the possibility of no launch, and avoid adding a long transfer simply to chase another session. Tether lines, baskets and service vehicles belong to operational areas, not places to enter for a closer photograph.
