La Thanh is not the Kieu Phu campus
The main campus is at 18, Alley 879 La Thanh; campus 2 at Ngoc Than, Kieu Phu is a different destination. Check the receiving campus and specialty on referral or appointment documents. The general information number is 1900 866 615. Booking on 0862 33 55 66 or extension 2 is identified for the International Center, not a universal appointment route for every BHYT clinic.
Keep the child's records consistent
Bring the child's health booklet, insurance information, birth certificate or identification, follow-up appointment and any referral. Names and dates of birth should be consistent, especially when a newborn was previously admitted under a different name. Tell registration staff about changed details so they can advise on updating the record rather than allowing mismatched information to create a separate history.
Choose the route before payment
The hospital separates BHYT guidance for general, specialist and neonatal visits from voluntary services and the International Center. State your intention to use BHYT at reception and ask about documents and patient charges for the particular visit. Keep results, prescriptions and the next appointment together afterward.
